Why do I see negative values in the yield graphs on MyAutarco?
There can be two reasons why negatives values are displayed in MyAutarco.
After your inverter has been replaced, your installer has to register the new inverter with Autarco. If this has not been done properly, yields shown in MyAutarco may be incorrect. Please contact your installer to register the replaced inverter.
If you also monitoring your consumption, your current clamps might have been installed incorrectly resulting in your values being read out in the opposite direction. Preferably your installer needs to re-install the current clamps for correct measurement. With latest inverter models the read-out can be corrected in Autarco's database resulting in correct read out in MyAutarco, but this resolution might not be future proof as newer firmware versions can overwrite special settings.
