Your kWh Guarantee does not rely on the installer who performed your original installation, it is an agreement between you (the beneficiary) and either the kWh Guarantee foundation or Autarco. If your installer is no longer available, you can contact Autarco and we will put you in touch with another nearby installer who can help you fulfill your obligations.
