The local IP address is assigned to the communication stick that is connected to your inverter.

For the latest communication sticks with firmware not older than one year, the IP address can automatically be displayed in MyAutarco.

To find it, log in to the web environment of MyAutarco and go to the (1) Inverter section. If available, the (2) IP address will be shown there.
If you are having trouble finding the IP address, or if your inverter has an older communication stick that does not support automatic IP display, you can still request the information from our support team.
