Reset a monitoring stick to factory settings

If a monitoring stick is not functioning properly, you may need to reset it.

To factory-reset the stick, press and hold the reset button on the back of the stick for 15 seconds. The indicator lights will flash, and the ‘COM’ and ‘NET’ lights will go off.

After resetting, you will need to reconnect to the local WiFi network again.
