Can I customise MyAutarco or use an API for my own portal?

Autarco provides a complete end-to-end solution, including all software and hardware required to design PV and energy systems, generate professional quotations, and offer a full monitoring experience to your customers. The ecosystem is designed to support every stage, from system design to long-term monitoring, in one integrated environment.

We regularly receive questions about applying your own dealer branding to the MyAutarco monitoring environment. At this time, white-label branding of MyAutarco itself is not supported. However, you can use the MyAutarco API to build your own customised solution on top of the available system data.

Through the API, you can access the same system and performance data shown in the MyAutarco platform. This allows you to create your own customer portals, tailored performance reports, internal monitoring dashboards, or integrate Autarco system data into third-party software. Data from your full portfolio of Autarco systems can be retrieved, with new data points available as frequently as every minute. Please note that most measurement data is recorded and stored in 5-minute intervals, which is the standard resolution within the monitoring platform.
