Using Third-Party Energy Management Systems (EMS) with Autarco Products

Autarco offers a powerful and comprehensive Energy Management System (EMS). However, we understand that some end-users may have specific requirements that our EMS does not currently address, or they may already use another EMS they are satisfied with.

Autarco does not force users to exclusively adopt our EMS. We are open, willing, and committed to working together with external EMS providers.

Several EMS parties have already been confirmed to work well with Autarco inverters and systems. 

Supported Third-Party EMS Providers

Below is an overview of EMS providers that are already known to integrate well with Autarco.

If Your Preferred EMS Is Not Listed

If the EMS provider you want to use is not in the overview — no need to worry.

You can:

• Contact the EMS provider directly and ask them to reach out to Autarco for integration support, or

• Contact the Autarco Support Team, and we will gladly assist with integration requests.

Autarco is committed to openness and collaboration to ensure users can choose the EMS solution that fits them best.

Communication Options

Autarco inverters can communicate with external EMS systems using:

1. RS485

• Available on the same port as the communication adapter

• Supports traditional Modbus RTU integration

2. Modbus TCP

• Communication via the Autarco communication adapter

• Ideal for EMS systems that prefer network-based integration

These options allow third-party EMS providers to effectively read and manage inverter data.
