1. Submission for verification by your Installer
Your installer must submit the Registration page for system verification to ensure optimal performance and long-term reliability. During this process, Autarco carefully evaluates system performance, detecting any potential issues through our advanced monitoring system. The installation will be reviewed in accordance with the necessary terms outlined in the contract, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
2. System verification by Autarco
Autarco Support will conduct system verification in approximately 14 days after your installer submits the request for verification. Subsequently, your installer will be notified of the registration status from Autarco Support.

For a system that requests a performance guarantee (kWh), Autarco will create a quote for your installer to accept. The quote must be processed within 14 days of successful verification, or it will expire.
4. Issue performance guarantee (kWh) contract by Autarco
We will issue the performance guarantee contract after the kWh quote is accepted. Note: The kWh contract will only be issued after the quote for the kWh contract is accepted by the Autarco Installer.
5. Accept performance guarantee (kWh) contract by you
After the contract is issued, you must accept it via MyAutarco. A notification will be sent to your MyAutarco account, and the certification details will be accessible in the MyAutarco App upon acceptance.
Note: The issued kWh guarantee contract is valid for 30 days from issuance. If expired, please contact your installer first.
