I am the new owner of an Autarco PV system, how do I get access to the monitoring app?

Congratulations with your new house, and how great that it comes with an Autarco PV system! We understand moving houses can be stressful, luckily getting access to the monitoring app of your new PV system is easy peasy! 

Please send an email to support@autarco.com, and include the following information:

  • Name and phone number new owner
  • Installation address
  • Email address of new owner
  • Photo of your inverter label including the serial number information
