Mobile App Updates Q1 2026

When enabled in Helios, end-customers will now receive mobile push notifications if an issue is detected in their system.

We’ve significantly enhanced the graph functionalities in MyAutarco:

Month view has been reintroduced in the Energy graph.
Full-screen graphs now support landscape mode.
Zoom functionality is available in full-screen view.
Date range selections are now synced across all graphs for a more seamless analysis experience.

Eligible systems can now configure and enable Cloud EMS directly in the app.

Once activated:

Energy management functionality becomes available.
Dedicated energy management graphs provide clear insight into optimization performance.

For systems not yet eligible:

The app now includes an option to request more information about enabling Cloud EMS.
If a system is eligible for Cloud EMS but not EMS Pro, installers and users can also request information about upgrading to EMS Pro.

EMS functionality is now fully integrated into installation and monitoring workflows.

The EMS device allows:
- Configuration and (de)activation of EMS Cloud
- Selection of optimization mode:
  - Negative Price Response (NPR)
  - Smart Charging

Important:
This is currently the only way to override Smart Charging with NPR when a system is eligible for both optimization modes.

Installers can now upload installation photos directly from the Installer App.
